the support was okay overall. I had to wait longer than I expected for a reply, but they did get back to me and fixed the issue. Not bad, just wish it had been a bit quicker.

"Exchange setup works, but could be smoother"
I mostly use it with Binance and KuCoin, and getting everything connected wasn’t too difficult. That said, the sync can feel a bit slow sometimes, and I’ve had a few random errors show up here and there. Anyway, it does get the job done overall — I just wish the exchange integrations felt a little more stable.

I’ve been using Cryptohopper for a bit now, and my experience has been solid overall. From my point of view, the main thing that matters with a trading platform is that it keeps running without making me worry, and so far it’s done that. The bots stay active, I haven’t noticed any weird downtime, and the dashboard usually loads without issues. There were maybe one or two small delays, but nothing that felt serious. To me, it’s one of those tools that just quietly does its job, which is exactly what I’m looking for.

"Security feels decent, but I’m still careful"
I tried cryptohopper for a little while, and overall the security setup seemed solid. They’ve got the usual things like 2FA and API permission settings, which made me feel a bit better. That said, I never fully relaxed when it came to connecting my exchange accounts. Nothing sketchy happened to me, but I still think trust with this kind of platform takes time. My take is that it’s fine to try, just maybe start small and don’t throw in more than you’re comfortable with at first.

"Good bot, but the price adds up"
Cryptohopper is fine. Lots of settings. It works okay, but the pricing feels a little much if you’re not trading that often.
I had fun trying the features. Some of the better stuff is on higher plans though. Not bad, just depends how serious you are.

"Got charged even after I cancelled"
I cancelled my plan and still got billed again, which was super frustrating. I contacted support but they took forever to get back to me and didnt really help much. It kinda feels like they make cancelling way more of a hassle than it needs to be.

"Pretty easy to get going"
Setup was simple. I had it up and running way faster than I expected, and I’m not usually the person who figures this stuff out right away. I kind of thought I’d have to mess with it for a while, but nope, it just worked.

"Easy to tweak the bot my own way"
I’ve mostly liked using Cryptohopper because it doesn’t force me into one fixed setup. I can mess around with indicators, signals, stop loss settings, and test different ideas, which is nice because I sometimes feel pressured to get things right quickly when the market is moving.
It did take me a little while to figure out where everything was, but once I got used to it, making changes became simple. If you’re the kind of person who likes adjusting things to match your own trading style, it’s a solid option.
